About Us

​KEY CLUB INTERNATIONAL:
Key Club International is a Kiwanis International High School program. It is a student-lead organization with the goal of providing members with opportunities to help better their schools and communities. The core values of Key Club are leadership, character-building, caring, and inclusiveness. Key Club members pitch in 12 million hours of service each year.

THE PLEDGE:
I pledge, on my honor, to uphold the Objects of Key Club International; to build my home, school and community; to serve my nation and God; and combat all forces which tend to undermine these institutions.

KIWANIS INTERNATIONAL:
Kiwanis International is a global volunteer organization. Service is the heart of all Kiwanis clubs. Kiwanis members stage nearly 150,000 service projects, devote more than 6 million hours of service and raise nearly US$100 million every year for communities, families and projects. 

Kiwanis Objects
The six permanent Objects of Kiwanis were approved by Kiwanis club delegates at the 1924 Kiwanis International Convention in Denver, Colorado. Through the decades, they have remained unchanged.

• To give primacy to the human and spiritual rather than to the material values of life.

• To encourage the daily living of the Golden Rule in all human relationships.

• To promote the adoption and the application of higher social, business and professional standards.

• To develop, by precept and example, a more intelligent, aggressive and serviceable citizenship.

• To provide, through Kiwanis clubs, a practical means to form enduring friendships, to render altruistic service and to build better communities.

• To cooperate in creating and maintaining that sound public opinion and high idealism which make possible the increase of righteousness, justice, patriotism and goodwill.
